Our Programs

Statistics have shown that students with a mentor are much more successful in all areas of their lives. Children hold a special place in God's heart and therefore should hold a special place in ours as well. 

Our mission is to empower youth by doing life together as we build into them emotionally, physically, and socially. Our goal is that every student in each of our programs will have a mentor. We would love for you to join us as we impact our community. You can be a part of pouring into this next generation.

Mentoring (one-on-one)


Successful mentoring relationships go through four phases: preparation, negotiating, enabling growth, and closure. We offer one-on-one relationships to assist youth with navigating their specific needs. Ensuring each youth leaves with a positive outlook on their success and life mapping guides to keep them on track.

Group Mentoring


For your school, nonprofit, or organizational needs. We match a skilled mentor to provide effective mentorship to cater to your organization's goals.

Virtual Mentoring


A mentoring relationship in which the two parties (or group) are in different locations. We offer virtual mentoring around the world. If you have access to the internet and a meeting platform, we can assist you in the same manner we do our face-to-face mentees.

Elevated Thinking


Designed to prepare youth to become self-sufficient confident adults. Focusing on job/career readiness training, Elevated Thinking offers hands-on assignments to prepare students emotionally and professionally for employment. Participants learn life skills, effective communication, and professionalism in the following areas: job search, interview, attire, attitude, and demeanor.

My daughter attended the class over her Spring Break and has provided a lot of feedback regarding needing to take on much more responsibility as a graduating senior, becoming more independent, and going full force after her goal of becoming a Travel Nurse. She says that Daphne created a space for them to be much more focused on the tasks at hand, better ways of communicating, and team building with other students. They never knew about interviewing. Each day they learned something new. This program made my daughter speak in front of people she didn't know, and now she is confident for the interview.

My child learned the importance of knowing how to fill out job applications, researching colleges for the right fit, finding their true self in communication with socialization skills for life. The program brought accountability, imagination, and responsibility of what the future can hold for them by staying focused. This encouraged my child to start making jewelry. They also now feel confident in answering questions for an interview for a job or college career.
